Built upon a legacy of enduring trust and support, Envisage is a not-for-profit service organization that’s been serving older adults in western Pennsylvania since 2003. Creating an age-at-home plan is easier when you have reliable experts available to help you assess your current situation, then prepare for your potential long-term care needs.

With over 200 years of combined experience, Presbyterian SeniorCare and Lutheran SeniorLife understand and support how your needs and desires may evolve as you age. That’s why these two aging-services leaders formed Envisage, a comprehensive care plan for those older adults who want to age in their homes. These two not-for-profit organizations are committed to enhancing quality of life and providing a place for mom, for dad or for yourself to receive person-centered care.

An active adult community, designed by you

Your goal is to age successfully in the place that you call home; an Envisage membership provides the structure to achieve that goal. Envisage provides the services and support that enable you to remain living independently and vibrantly where you are most comfortable.

If you are age 60 or older and living in Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Washington, Westmoreland counties or the surrounding areas of greater Pittsburgh, you’re eligible to apply for membership in Envisage. More than a senior living program, Envisage is a long-term plan that lets you anticipate your future needs and prepare for them now.
